September already??!!

Well whatever happened to the summer? The little people are on their way back to school very soon (sighs of relief everywhere!) and the nights are drawing in. On the bright side we've a brand, spanking new website for you, beautifully constructed and developed by the lovely Mark at Get Noticed Branding in Stokesley (keeping it local folks). 

It'll take us a little  while burning the midnight oil (ok, maybe longer than that!) to get as many of the shop stock items uploaded onto it so bear with us won't you? The quilting workshops schedule is now listed along with photos of most of the samples and you can book a place online if you'd like to come. It tells you all about the workshops and how we run them on the 'more...' tab above.  

We've a few events planned in the next few months as well as the workshops, starting this coming Friday and Saturday with a special craft equipment sale in the workroom. There will be lots of paper crafting, parchment craft, embroidery linens, books, embroidery kits, frames, dressmaking fabrics and paper cutting dies and machines. Far too much to list here really so please do come along and have a look. It is on both days from 9.30 to 4.30 and is a cash only sale.

On Tuesday 15th at 7 p.m. we will be launching our new, extended range of Bergere de France yarns with free admission and a Bergere pattern book worth £12, wine and refreshments and a raffle for Breast Cancer Care. Please come along if you can and bring a friend. There'll be 10% off all Bergere purchases on the night too. 

October will see some Breast Cancer Care 'Pink' events so keep checking back to see what's happening.

I'll also post the newsletter content on here so you can see what's what. We will try to pop things on here as and when we can and hope to master the dark art of posting hints and tips we come across on other websites and locations that we think will be of interest to you. So much to do and so little time!
