The terms below offer extra rights in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.
Security
When you place an online order with us you can be confident of the security afforded by the Paypal financial company. Orders are transmitted over secure internet connections and all sensitive data is encrypted.
When you telephone us with an order your credit card details are handled in strict confidence. We do not store your credit card information after your order has been processed and we collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to make a transaction.

At Leven Crafts we aim to give you the very best service. If anything is not to your satisfaction please telephone us or e-mail [email protected] within 7 days and we will do our very best to respond to any complaints within 2 working days.
Despatch
We aim to despatch all orders where the goods are in stock within 2 working days. Most orders are sent out the same working day.
Returns and Refunds
Customers may return goods purchased online that they are unhappy with within 7 days of receiving them and receive a refund within 30 days providing that:-
Leven Crafts reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund if the above conditions are not deemed to have been met. We do not refund the original postage costs paid on the goods.
Returns exceptions
We cannot accept returns of fabric, threads or yarns due to incorrect colour matching by the customer or where the colour of the goods has varied due to differences in computer monitor quality or colour reproduction.
We cannot accept returns of threads or yarns that have been partially used unless there is a manufacturing fault in them.
We cannot accept returns of fabric in non-standard measurements e.g. 30cm, 60cm etc.
Damaged goods
If goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition we will replace them provided they are returned to us in their damaged state within 7 days of delivery or attempted delivery.
Postage Rates
Our shipping prices are based on the size and weight of your goods as detailed by Royal Mail. You will be advised at checkout of the shipping price but we reserve the right to contact you to inform you if the cost will be higher than stated at checkout.
For deliveries to Europe & Worldwide, actual rates will be applied at the time of order being placed. We are unable to accept responsibility for packages sent outside the UK.
Leven Crafts reserves the right to amend and alter these terms and conditions without prior notice. This policy is effective from 1st August 2015.

- Our website uses cookies which help us track your shopping cart and page selections and enables the site to tailor your visit according to your choices and preferences. You can decline cookies on your browser if you wish.
Payment Options
- We accept Paypal for online orders and credit and debit cards for telephone orders.
- We do not accept cheques.
- If we are unable to fulfil your order you will be refunded to your Paypal account or credit/debit card.
- We do not offer credit facilities.

- Goods are returned adequately wrapped and protected
