These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website.

Making A Purchase

Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. 

On receipt of your order we will send an order confirmation to indicate that your order has been received. No charges will be made until your order has been dispatched. Out of stock items will be advised with an approximate delivery date, if this date is unacceptable these items can be cancelled as no charge will have been made. 

Credit Card Security 

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are securely encrypted using 128 bit encryption technology. They are only decrypted after they reach SagePay. They are not held in clear text on the Leven Crafts or any other web site.
