We aim to despatch orders within the next working day after the order has been placed, if the items are in stock. We carry an extensive range of items but occasionally items do go out of stock. If an item is out of stock and it is likely to take longer than 7 working days for it to be despatched to you, we would normally email you to inform you when your order will be sent.
If, on receiving your order you find that items are damaged or missing, then you must inform us in writing within 7 working days of this fact. You should retain all packaging and evidence to back up your claim and be prepared to cooperate with our delivery agents to try and resolve the matter.
