Delivery Details

We aim to despatch orders within the next working day after the order has been placed, if the items are in stock. We carry an extensive range of items but occasionally items do go out of stock. If an item is out of stock and it is likely to take longer than 7 working days for it to be despatched to you, we would normally email you to inform you when your order will be sent.

If, on receiving your order you find that items are damaged or missing, then you must inform us in writing within 7 working days of this fact. You should retain all packaging and evidence to back up your claim and be prepared to cooperate with our delivery agents to try and resolve the matter.

International orders

When ordering goods for delivery overseas parcels and packages are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Please note that when ordering from Leven Crafts the recipient is considered the importer and therefore must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received
